Check-In Policy
A. Property Readiness & Access
The home must be fully prepared before the photographer leaves for the appointment. If the home is not ready at the scheduled time, the photographer will proceed as is or the session may be rescheduled.

If the property is known in advance to be not photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time, please use B. Reschedule Policy to reschedule and take advantage of our no early-cancellation fee. Our online booking system makes it easy to adjust or reschedule your appointment.

Vehicles must be out of sight from the driveway and front of the home. Trash bins should be moved into the garage or out of view to maintain a clean exterior presentation.

B. Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected things happen can happen, we do not charge for last-minute cancellations. However, if a cancellation occurs while our field operator is already en route, a pre-reserved time reimbursement will apply.

If delays or on-site conditions prevent the session from starting on time, the session may be paused or rescheduled and a partial session and travel reimbursement may be applied. This ensures fairness and keeps the schedule on time for all clients.

C. In-Suite Etiquette: Do Not Disturb
ReVISION910 works directly with agents, realtors, and brokers; all communication and direction for the session are coordinated through the hiring professional. Homeowners and non-professionals may not be familiar with the visual flow, composition, or the behind-the-scenes effort the agent and photographer take to present the home at its best, so we kindly ask that they allow the photographer to work without interruption.

It is the responsibility of the hiring agent to inform the homeowner of what to expect during the session and to ensure they understand how the process works. If a homeowner or non-professional has a question or concern during the appointment, we ask that they speak with the hiring agent rather than directing or distracting the photographer. The agent will communicate with us as needed so the session remains smooth, efficient, and professional.

Once the session begins, staging or rearranging items should not take place during active shooting unless coordinated with the hiring agent. Our role is to capture the home, not to restage it. Any furniture moving or last-minute rearranging should be completed before arrival, as we are unable to perform those tasks during active shooting. This ensures consistency, prevents workflow interruptions, and maintains the visual standard of the service. If disruptions, staging changes, or interference prevent the photographer from completing the session safely or efficiently, the photographer may end the appointment and reschedule through the hiring agent. A partial session and travel reimbursement may apply.

ReVISION910 will communicate directly with the hiring professional if any unexpected situation or circumstance arises that requires next steps.
